August 12: Mandatory fair meeting at 2 PM via Zoom

September 2: Mandatory AET Recordbook Workshop at 3:15 PM via Zoom

September 10-14: Exhibitors upload video and weight information to Walton Webcasting (www.waltonwebcasting.com) using their instructions. The weight of the anima submitted to the show will be the weight of the animal on the day that the video is recorded. If you do not have a scale at home, we can schedule a visit out and bring the school scale. The Walton Webcasting instructions are also attached to this email.

September 15: YQCA is due to the fair (but you should complete it earlier!)

September 15-17: Exhibitors upload picture and information to the Stock Show Auctions (www.stockshowauctions.com).

September 21-22: Market Livestock show will be live online. Champion and Reserve Champions will be identified on the Auction Site.

September 24: Auction opens at 9 AM

September 25: Market Meat Rabbits (as well as chickens and meat turkeys) to be delivered to Bolado Park Rabbit and Poultry Room. Judging will take place immediately after delivery and the auction site will be updated with the Champion and Reserve Champion. Processing will follow judging.

September 26: Auction closes at 3 PM

September 27: Beef, lambs and goats to be delivered to Bolado Park at a designated time (TBD as of right now, but we will let you know when we are given a timeslot). The animal’s weight MUST be within the weight limits set in the guidebook.

Beef: Min-1,000 lbs, Max-1,300 lbs

Lamb: Min-110 lbs, Max-150 lbs

Goat: Min-65 lbs, Max-105 lbs

September 29: Hogs to be delivered to Bolado Park at a designated time (TBD as of right now, but we will let you know when we are given a timeslot). The animal’s weight MUST be within the weight limits set in the guidebook.
